No smoking is permitted in 7 Mill View. To respect guests with allergies, we do not permit dogs in this cottage

Nearby Melfort Estate woodland has a range of walks, which vary in difficulty and a large range of wildlife, such as its own resident red deer herd. It is also home to red squirrels, red kites and golden eagles, and also a diverse range of insects, rare dragonflies, grouse and pheasants. You may even catch a glimpse of the occasional wildcat or capercaillie, which have been seen.

Our property was built on the site of former farm buildings once belonging to the adjacent Tomatinard Farmhouse. In the 1980's, the farm buildings were converted to become the home to the Tomatin Inn, a renowned country bar and restaurant. It ceased trading in 2012 and the site was redeveloped into Mill View. Future plans exist for the adjacent vacant land to be converted into a mixed use commercial and residential building.
