Nearby Melfort Estate woodland has a range of walks, which vary in difficulty and a large range of wildlife, such as its own resident red deer herd. You may even catch a glimpse of the occasional wildcat or capercaillie, which have been seen.

Our properties are semi-detached and were completed in 2019 on the site of former farm buildings once belonging to the adjacent Tomatinard Farmhouse. In the 1980's, the farm buildings were converted to become the home to the Tomatin Inn, a renowned country bar and restaurant. It ceased trading in 2012 and the site was redeveloped into Mill View. Future plans exist for the adjacent vacant land to be converted into a mixed use commercial and residential building.
