We pride ourselves on cleanliness and are proud to have a 10 out of 10 rating from verified guests who have booked through cottages.com. We are very much looking forward to welcoming visitors to our cottages and have put some additional procedures in place to ensure your safety.
Windows will be opened as fully as possible to ventilate the cottage allowing as great an air change as possible for as long as possible
Your cottage will be sanitised with antiviral products with particular importance paid to high-touch items including TV remotes, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, taps, shower controls, nightstands, telephones, in-room controls, light switches and kitchen appliances.
We will continue to be vigorous with our cleaning standards of crockery, glassware and cutlery and all items will be cleaned thoroughly between checkout and checkin.
Loose collateral within the cottages such as brochures, guest books and information cards have been removed. All guest services information is available on our website and social channels and we invite you to contact us during your stay should you have any questions or require further information.
Our cleaning team, overseen by the owner, will wear protective equipment when servicing our cottages to limit transfer. We request that guests strip their bedding prior to departure and place in plastic bag provided to assist us.
To safeguard our guests and team, we ask anyone who displays symptoms of COVID prior to arrival to contact us to reschedule their stay. In the unfortunate circumstance that symptoms appear during your visit, please contact NHS 24 and inform us so we can help you to control the virus spread and follow professional advice.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
For bookings between April 2021 and July 2021, we will request a deposit to secure the booking of 25%. The remaining balance will be due only two weeks prior to your stay to allow for any travel restrictions to be considered.
If restrictions are in place either affecting the Highlands of Scotland or your local area, we will cancel your stay without charge or reschedule where possible. Your deposit will be refunded if applicable.
